We want to express our gratitude to the people of Manila for their unwavering support of the Jurassic Giant Festival at Dinosaur World in Manila.

Since our successful media launch in Manila, we have been overwhelmed by the tremendous support and high demand from the public.

Unfortunately, the venue that we had planned to host the event will be undergoing renovation in the near future. As a result, we will not be able to host the Dinosaur World event as originally scheduled.

However, we have secured a new indoor venue that will be open for a longer period of time to accommodate everyone. The Dinosaur World exhibition, which was originally planned to take place at Ipil Ipil Liwasang from April 25th to April 28th, 2024, will now be held at Ayala Malls Circuit Makati indoor.

Due to the change in venue and the transition from an outdoor to an indoor setting, it will take us a bit longer to set up the exhibition. Therefore, we have had to move the event to later dates. The new dates for Dinosaur World Manila will be from June 6th to July 6th, 2024.

We want to assure all ticket holders that their tickets will remain valid for the new dates. We have already reissued tickets for the new dates and sent them via email to all ticket holders.

If your original ticket was booked for a Thursday, your new ticket will also be valid for a Thursday on the new dates. The same applies to tickets booked for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which will now be valid from June 6th to June 9th, 2024.

The selection of the new venue and the change in dates was made after careful consideration to best accommodate the majority of our customers. We understand the importance of providing a convenient experience for families with young children, including transportation and accessibility. The new venue has been chosen to ensure that the exhibition can run for a longer period of time, allowing more people to have the opportunity to attend this once-in-a-lifetime event.

If you are a ticket holder who can no longer attend the Dinosaur World on the new dates and venue, and you would like to change to alternative dates, please feel free to reach out to us at changes@dinoworldph.com. We will be more than happy to assist you with your request.

For ticket holders who are unable to attend the event for any other reason, you can request a full refund by contacting us at refunds@dinoworldph.com. Please keep in mind that refunds may take up to 30 days to process, as they are manually handled.
